This line up is chalked full of amazing acts that all have their own sound, feel and naturalness that makes them unique and nothing short of fantastic!

This show is for sure not to be missed! As always it’s in the lovely confines of the magical dirty drummer! We’re so excited about this show we can hardly wait!

Introducing The Knockout Kings to PHX sure is a pleasure If you love late 50’s ROCK AND ROLL you’re gonna be delighted! Introducing Javi and the High Shooters!! Fantastic band hailing from WILD records they sure will have ya smiling, jumping and wailing with there infectious beats and fantastic charisma! Josh Sorheim joins us all the way from Minnesota don’t cha know! Josh blends Midwest hospitality with a guitar that sings like a bird and growls like a tiger. Special surprise local fellas will be backing him up and will provide that back beat! The DJ’s we’ve selected have all been dj’n and promoting for a long time and were honored to put them our roster and behind the wheels of steel! Satoshi, Madame X, Desi Dagger and Chuy! If you’ve been to Fuss and holler, shangri la or hep to that jive record hops you’ve been stuck in the dance floor as these DJ’s bring the platters that matter the most making sure you’re on the floor! Aug 23rd is a few weeks away. Who’s ready for some stomping? PAC West Room @thedirtydrummer . Needles drop at 8:00 pm.

We’re still reeling from last Saturday and how much of a ball we had! We’ve lined up an absolute banger for next month! Absolutely delighted to have one of the worlds top DJ’s Topper back in az and behind the decks for us! I know more than a handful of us from Arizona had an amazing time at his festival Rarin’ to go! We’re switching things up and are now going to have a suggested donation $5 cover from here on out. Free is great and all and we would love to continue free but let’s face it putting an event together is A LOT of work, as much as we love doing it money is more than necessary to achieve excellence. We’re always trying to strive for the best talent. This cover charge makes that a lot easier to obtain. A lot of great talent has come through the doors for Southwest Stomp and we’re looking forward to continuing that! Speaking of talent Jonny once again demonstrates aptitude in KILLERNESS this Chimayo rug flier sure is top notch! Hopefully yall caught his set Saturday night stone cold killers all night! We’re still buzzin’ from last Saturday night! Figured it wouldn’t hurt to introduce yall to the fellas that are making things happen over here at Southwest stomp HQ. Miguel on the left here is not only one of the best dancers this side of the Mississippi he’s turned into a BOSS DJ that constantly plays fine 45’s for your dancing pleasure! Miguel’s infectious smile and sense of humor makes him easily approachable and an all around swell guy! He handles all of our visual aspects on this page and is turning into quite the graphic designer! If ya see him out and about please make sure to introduce yourself and have a chat with him.

Russell here on the right is a long time veteran to DJ’n and promoting here in Phoenix. Having amassed a record collection that is chocked full of dancing tunes he also is known to get behind a drum kit and play his heart out. He’s a real approachable fella that will for sure get you to smile and laugh. Just don’t play over his DJ sets and all will be well 🤣 seriously tho he’s a great guy with a big heart. Russell handles the booking and writing for us. With the gift of GAB we can see why! Thank you everyone for the support, love and well wishes!
